What would you do if you were forced to be on the run all the time? You couldn't make friends, couldn't stay in one place for more than two years? What would you did if you weren't even from the planet? This is what John Smith has grown to know as his like. he is number four. Numbers one through three are dead and he knows that he is next. He has to run, again. He knows that if he wants to live, then he has to run again. He and Henri go to a new place and find a boy named Sam. They become friends and learn that the ones who want John dead ore coming. Will they be able to escape, or will they all die trying???
